Hello Hopeymon123 .

I know how uncomfortable humidity can be for us. I use a dehumidifier in the summer months because it's just too humid. And a humidifier in winter when it's very dry.

As for pursed lip breathing it helps me. I'm mindful not to force the air out. I breathe out for longer than I breathe in. Breathing slowly and as relaxed as possible in and out helps me gain control.

Take it easy.

Best wishes to you.

Don’t do lots of exhaling if you desaturate..you need a pulsoxymeter, do you have one? To measure your oxygen levels..you will know if you desaturate because you get sob and light-headed.

Ask a respiratory physiotherapist for advice.

Take good care of yourself x

I have Telehealth so have to do my Sats every Morning, I am a Steady 92, but can easily drop to 86, then I know what I have to do re Breathing Technic. NHS Supplied my Equipment through Respiratory. But I have seen most Pharmacies sell all Respiratory Equipment, A Pharmasist can explain how to proceed with the correct format. xxx Carolina.
