Hello dcrc and welcome to our forum. Firstly, i would check with your Consultant to make sure you stay well whilst in Vienna. so you can really enjoy your trip to the max. I can't offer help when it comes to knowing how many feet above sea Level it is. But I can offer you lots of good wishes, and hope you have the time of your life. ✋️😊

Vienna is apparently 193 metres above sea level if that is any help. You may find if you wish to fly you will need a fitness to fly certificate from your doctor, but of course you could travel by coach and enjoy all the scenery on route.
