From your inhalers. They need to be cleaned and it's wise to rinse your mouth after taking them xxx

This is correct - it is essential to rinse well after taking steroid inhalers but I do it for any inhaler, no matter what it contains. I rinse three times after each inhalation. Boring but you can't be too careful.

From your inhalers. keep them clean and with the long lasting types with steroid in, rinse your mouth with water every time, and spit it out. I get a lot of thrush i am prone to it, even oral antibiotics can cause oral thrush.. never made me croak though, I would get that checked if you have not already done so..

Good idea to have natural yogurt everyday too.

From steroids inhalers..bicarbonate of soda is good 1/2 tsp in a glass of water and gargle

After years of being on steroids and inhalers I got thrush for the first time the day I was admitted to hospital in November and yes it did affect my voice.

I don't know which steroid inhaler you use, but since I changed from Seretide to Fostair I have stopped losing my voice as I did quite often with Seretide.
