Lovely stark snowy scene Fran. Cold and wet here.

How is your dad doing? Love to all. Xxxx 💕

Hi Carole

The weather your way sounds depressing..I must say even if the sky is dark here, snow illuminates the scenery..

Dad is still poorly but improving thank you. I have talked to the doctor, she was very kind and thinks he is on the right track. They were going to weigh him to see if he lost some liquid.

I had problems with the weekend agency nurse, not qualified enough..Dad suddenly said it was wet under the arm. I think the whole antibiotics IV got lost in his bedding!!

She was reading Anne Frank’s diary all afternoon! I wrote a note to the head nurse who will come in tomorrow so she can get the agency to send somebody else..

Honestly they would have hospitalised him it would have been safer and simpler..

I am ready for bed!! I’m going up to solve all those staff problems tomorrow and then I hope to go every other day..

Hope you had a good weekend Carolexx

Hi Fran, the weather was depressing but we were fine.

Thinking of you and your dear dad. You need people who can help not hinder. Hope that gets sorted.

We had the best weekend ever as we have a new grandson born yesterday morning after a traumatic Labour and delivery. Our daughter had to have a transfusion but everything is fine and mum and baby are home now with doting dad and totally devoted brother.

Take care and sleep well. Xxxxxx😴

Oh so happy for the birth of your grandson!! How traumatic for your daughter..I am glad they are both home safely.

Have a good evening xx
