Well I once had sleeping issues didn't have a clue what was going on while laying in the bed night after night couldn't fall asleep to way over in the morning. Later on had a few other conditions along with the can't sleep; so I finally went to the doctor and told him my problem. He said I had a form of depressio

n that works with your nerves. So he

prescribed me some Zoloft, I took them for about a month and I was beginning to feel like my old self again, falling the sleep on time, not being afraid to drive at night, along with a few other things. Hope this helps

Natural remedies include camomile tea, some pineapple before bed, hot milk and warm bath.

If you need to speak to the GP, Melatonin is better than usual sleep tablets as it's a natural substance with few side effects.

I take melatolin. I can't sleep either.

I have bromazepam 1.5mg at 10pm

I can take 2 tabs but I don’t. I use my earphones and listen to sleep meditations on YouTube, put it on autoplay it works wonders..

I have a sleep routine, which includes stopping TV and screens a good half hour before bedtime. I write up my diary and read from the Bible. Then when ready to go to sleep, I put a mask over my eyes, put soft headphones in my ears, and listen to gentle story CDs. I try to immerse myself in the story, and usually drop off to sleep in no time. I waken several times in the night due to arthritis, but can always get back to sleep again by continuing to listen to the story CD.

I used to have a similar problem. I started drinking a cup of green tea at around 8 pm and seldom have a problem anymore. I don't know if it is simply coincidence or not but is worth a try.
