onlyrecently diagnosed with copd and started exercise classes run by nhs in my local area.however after having exercise class i was going hypo.in 10 years of type 2 i had never had one before. just wondered if other copd/diabetics had experienced this and how they dealt with it

Hi, bigkeith1955 . Have a chat with the people running the session and they will help you with this. You've probably just used more energy than usual at the exercise class. Try taking a few more carbs before and after the sessions, and you should be all right.
