Every night when i lay down, i have alot of pain trying to turn from side to side. I also have a hard time breathing when i try to get up. What could this be?

I get similar I suffer terribly from GORD. Talk o your doctor who could arrange for tests. Could be something different though, so speak to your GP or specialist first.
