I normally wake up, without an alarm, at around 5 am so today it was 4 am. Creeping around so as not to disturb the neighbours in the block, not that they have any consideration for others themselves. I hope it is not going to take too long for my body clock to re-adjust to GMT.

as I was often taught by my grandparents always lead by example 2 greys you never know one day it may rub off, my cat woke me early today with a well aimed shot to the aneurysm.

Anthony, I woke up at 3, put a sleeping CD, woke up at the old 5 (normal 8 o'clock) and thought "Nah! Not time yet, I thought I wouldn't be able to sleep again, went into a wonderful sleep with lovely dreams!" Cheers, Mic
