Don't you have a red cross or a charity local that will help you with a grant ...occupational therapist maybe seek an appointment via your GP to organise..well done on being in a place where you feel able to do things now good luck xx
........look forward to hearing how long it takes!
And I do like your resolve to take back your life and try the best to enjoy it.
It is the simplest things that we need to assist us that are a little frustratingly out of immediate reach! But good on you for 'dotting the i,s and crossing the t,s..... hopefully it will appear in the next few days.
Got the tee-shirt, different day yeah.😀 Things have gone rather bad up for me as of late,(have mentioned in other posts) just trying to keep positive is a good thing, if I wake up with a pulse I consider it a bonus.Keep it up,take life by the collar and with the attitude you've got you'll be ok.Any time you fancy a good old rant feel free, there's plenty of people on here to share it with.
thanks every1. knowing that u r all out there in different parts of the country even the world and u r all ready 2type messages of support and guidance 2any1in r communities that needs it is a very humbling position, 1 that I find myself in now, don't no if any1else has felt this but I find it fantastic.
Thank u all
what doesn't kill us can only make us stronger!!!,
Noticed a wee bit of editing in one or two comments,Lol😇
Go for it, you could try the Red Cross for a walker they may be able to help. Try ebay they often have them on their site, problem maybe the delivery cost. I get my disabled bits from Complete Care, often they deliver free, all if I can't find it on ebay. The re-hab you should really enjoy, all sorts of people of variable abilities, the trainers will give you exercises that they think you can do. If you can't do it they will assist it will be a good experience for you.
You must try to keep up with the exercising after tho' to maintain and maybe improve your strength levels. Good luck with it all.

Hope you succeed. But try to get one with a seat. My 1st one was a three wheeler with no seat, so I upgraded to the one I have now. xx
