Annual copd review

Hi everyone

I've got annual review next week but should I take my inhalers as normal before i go or not take them?! I can't remember...thanks x

Unless otherwise told, take as normal. I’ve never been told differently apart from the full lung function test performed at hospital.

As stone said - yes you take them as usual. Also you should take them with you in case they want to check your inhaler technique - which ideally they should do at each visit although many do not. I find it's sod's law that if I take mine with me they don't ask for them, but if I leave them at home they do! Such is life

I've always carried on as normal so if you take your meds in the morning carry on but let the nurse know you have taken them.
