Yes it has been sunny more this month than all summer! We had a very rainy summer. Our September has been just lovely!

My kind of place Lyn, plenty of shade on a hot day and looks great for wild birds etc.

It is great for shade. My apartment stays cool inside. And all the birds and lil nature woodland furry animals like my yard. I have squirrels that will come right to screen door and sit on stoop for their nuts i give them to eat. They can get aggressive so i try to not make them too tame as they will bang at my door ! Theres one big brown bunny late afternoon,and pleantiful in birds and deers. Deers mainly at night and very early in morning. Ive lived here 36 years.
