For the first time in 2 years. Was something I have been very keen to do if only just to show that I still could. I doubt I will play regularly because of the strain on my joints but whilst it was the most strenuous exercise I have done since I got disgnosed and I did get SOB, there was nothing too problematic.
Anyway, very pleased with myself for finally having the courage to do it.
