No Asthma Nurse

Hi all,

Asthma nurse recently left the practise for unknown reasons. I feel as though I need to see one, but there isn't one.

Any advice on how I can see an asthma nurse? My asthma hasn't been very good recently.

Thanks

PS- GP is beyond useless and can't see the excellent GP for over 3/4 weeks.

Both Asthma UK and the BLF have helplines.....I found them excellent. They are open during office hours on weekdays. Perhaps they can advise you on what to do next.

You can be referred to the asthma clinic at local hospital.
