My stats are great but feeling a little tight chested. Still went for a walk. Timed it for 6 minutes dropped down to 89 but quick recovery. Suppose to meet my friend for lunch. Will go for short walk before I go.

Well done. My chest always seems to feel less tight after my walk.
After my walk or run I feel my chest much better .What stage are you at with the copd.

I have severe COPD but have made a lot of improvement. I am no longer on oxygen and my stats don't drop below 95 unless I go for walk and then only to 89. I recover after a minute.
