I have shot breath from 2 months ago . Its really big problem for me , first doctor said its because you reduced the cigarette, im a heavy smoker i smoke 20 cigarettes daily from 10 years, i did most of the tests and every thing is ok but still having the same issue,
Last doctor has giving me multi vitamins and (PREDNISOLONE GASTRO-resistant tablets 5 mg)
Its helps me a bit to breath but i feel my lungs still have same problem
And from one week i start to see The blood vessels are blue and purple in my feet and every where in my body and thats really scared me .

You do need to see your GP and have further investigations. My husbands feet are often purple/blue. It could be circulation problems. Good luck to you and feel better soon. Xxxx
Hello there, I think that you need to get your doctor to explain what they think is causing your breathlessness, it can be caused by your lungs, heart, low blood iron or vitamin B12, allergies and even anxiety, it would probably be a very good idea to try and stop smoking especially as you have been having breathing difficulties.
As for your veins this is something that you will need to show and ask your doctor about, but one suggestion as we get older we lose some of the fat under our skin making our veins more visible, oral steroids have not had a side effect listed as causing veins to show more.
Hi My weight is same and these veins suddenly appeared in blue and purple all over my body. On Saturday Is my appointment with the doctor. I wish everything will be fine.
