Time for gardening

I'm thinking, will I do some gardening then have a beer? I decided I would have a beer a let my Mrs do the gardening.

twopars, if that's your garden, I'll join you for the beer! Phew, my garden is much smaller, but I need to get rid of my red robin and would like to move my hypericum. I phoned a qualified person on the Yellow pages, I never had an answer. (I think she is looking for yur garden and that beer!) Mic

Helingmic, yes sir, all mine but I have to confess I am no greenfingers. That honour goes to my wife who loves the garden and spends all her free time enjoying it. My input is dealing with anything heavy etc, that requires moving or installing.

I get a teeny bit of credit, I constructed the shed, the greenhouse and other heavy bits. The garden s all down to my wife, thank you.

If your wife is in charge of the gardening she's doing a great job, better run her a bath and get her a glass of wine ready for when she's finished. It looks absolutely beautiful .........whoever's in charge!

Thank you Magpuss. I do try to spoil her sometimes. I even let her do the shopping once a week. ( I don't want her to think I'm soft)

Oh and what a garden you must be delighted to own such a beautiful space, it's hard work you and your wife must work very hard. My other half manages to cut the grass for me but unfortunately doesn't know a weed from a flower so he enjoys his beer while I get on with the weeding 🙄 x

If this was my garden I would be sitting back having tea & scones . However it is not so I will have to do my best with the secauters over the weekend no slacking. Long time since I had such a neat garden, but yours is lovely well done for keeping it that way. Enjoy your beer
