Learning how to cope, not been referred for any classes or a specialist, seeing my GP on Tuesday, as I was told I have Chronic Bronchitis and given Spiriva, after taking the medication it seems sinus problems which affects my hearing started. I am going to be more persistent in getting help to understand what's going on. I was going to the gym, very active, stopped smoking over 32 years

I had to ask to be referred to a Pulmonary Rehab class - my GP didn't offer, but was happy to do so as he said it has very good results. It took several months to get on one, but I am so glad I did as it taught me how to exercise for my condition.
