Long awaited appointment.

Today after quite a wait I'm going to see a physiotherapist at the respiratory clinic. Hopefully I'll get some help and advice, for all of the coughing and congestion. Fingers crossed.

I was only in there for half an hour but came out brimming with answered questions etc. The lovely lady has jiggled my meds and put me on a six weeks rehab programme which I'm sure will helpe no end.

PHEW!!!.

I attended my first session on Wednesday, but was only there for about 45 mins. I was asked to do a walking test which was from one point to another, 10 yards.I managed to do it five times until I started coughing and a bit out of breath. Then I was given a few questionaires which I can fill in at home. The next session is on Monday 17th Jul. It will be talking rather than doing exercise, phew!!. Probably start doing it on the next one on Wednesday though . Anyway things have started happening at last.😊.
