Really enjoyed the session and the people are funny too ...heard one old boy say on the hamstring stretch that he had no ham only string for his legs ...that started me off into a fit of giggles that spread around the group like wildfire looking forward to next one on Friday anyone feeling despondent don't there brilliant xxxx

Good day myself! weighed in by dietitian. Since discharge I have gained 14lbs 5oz...Only another 14 to go...lol
That's brilliant as you are putting on I am taking off ..i only wish I could liposuction my excess and post it to you lol iv now lost just over 20 pounds and developing curves again ππ
No need to post it with me. I'll jump on the ferry and collect. 8 days of oral steroids, pigged myself silly and all I got out of it all was a 1/2 kilo gain. ( gutted )
Lol it doesn't seem fair your eating like a horse and nothing...yet here I am rabbit diet and losing slowly but in saying that I'm probably gaining muscle so combatting with myself really jump on the ferry anytime there is a cracking cafe right opposite called bebes yummy x
Great stuff, there is always going to be a comedian in a group (guilty as charged). I always looked forward to going to mine.
It's generally me that's the comedian..but a nice group all the same x
I'm still enjoying PR, there's just five of us - plus the resp. nurse and the physio' but we all enjoy a good chuckle, and I'm definitely feeling fitter than I did when I started.
