Oxygen coming off

I use O2 24/7. I woke the other night about 3am, and went back to sleep probably fora couple of hours. When I woke my oxygen was off. I took my sats and they were only 73. I put on oxygen and turned up very slightly for a few mins and they went back up quickly. Am I likely to have caused any internal damage in that time?

I did the same the other day not turning oxygen up my tubing had come out I was given a tip about putting tubing back of the head also the other week my husband turned my oxygen off instead of Internet and just to make it the treble while I was at the hospital on Saturday they forgot to put my oxygen on only me xx

See page 2 for illustration of wearing the cannula differently, with the slider at the back of your head. Some find it stays on better this way. If the problem continues do ask to try different styles of cannula as they are not one size fits all.
