Well I am still here after all my anxiety about taking my first Spiriva...I want to thank you all so much for giving me the confidence to do so....I followed the instructions and opened the capsule when I had finished and all the powder had gone...😊😊 so glad 😁 I have done it....thank you once again.🙋🏻
