A marathon !?!?! wow, go for it. How I wish. Maybe in another year and a lot more work and if I can get 100% use of my legs back, I might join you.

Good luck I know you will give it 100%. Just finished my 5 km. A bit disappointed as I missed my target for the bit where I do my 6 mwt wanted to do 850m but managed 846.11m. I lost my breathing routine at the end and stopped as I did not feel safe to carry on jogging.

What do you use to measure your distance? I have two different apps on my iPhone and a fitbit and all three show a different distance.

I used a distance wheel to mark out various distances in the past. I then found a 6 minute walk test app on play store. I compared it to the known distances and found it accurate to within + or - 10 m over 3 Kms.
