I am sure I shall enjoy being part of this lovely group of people. I checked my hospital discharge notes this pm and it says "new diagnosis - COPD"

I check out this site every day and am always learning something from it but the main thing is the lovely warm support the members give. People really do care about each other and that means an awful lot. Welcome!

This site is a mine of information, positivity and humour. There are people such as Stone who is very knowledgeable on copd and he will will willingly share what he knows. Glad you're here!

You will receive a lot of tips on how to manage your COPD, asthma and/or bronchiectasis. I have learned a lot.

Also, this is a good forum to vent if you become depressed or frustrated with your condition and need support and information.

Thank you for your welcome Beth, as yet it is not definite that I have COPD, I have tests in two weeks. It is a very good forum, I have only been a member for a few days and I feel very comfortable.
