Good morning everyone, just wondering if anyone has used the Wonder core smart exerciser to help with cardio vascular workout? If so could you please let me know if they are any good, just thought it might be better than an exercise bike.

Hi tiredofmoaning, bought mine from Argos,quite expensive £79.99 but have used it for a few days now and you can adjust it for a light workout or a heavy workout (mine is set to light)
Exercise chart and dvd included you can even simulate cycling which is good for cardio.
