Hello and welcome to the Community. Filling in a Profile is something that some members do and that others never do. Filling in the country that you are living in can be very helpful. Not all the world lives in the same time zone and the names of medications and Gov help varies around the globe.

On the other hand some folk join and never post a single word. They just quietly sit and read the posts that interest them. One thing that is handy is at the bottom of the posting form.

There are two choices of who can read your post: Community Only or Everyone. The later means that the whole Internet can read it and all the replies. The Community only means that only members can read your post and all the replies.
