I haven't been on here much , for quite a few months illness . Not seen Tony on here he was always so jolly and persevered set tunes to his excercise , is he ok. Junespoon

Hi junespoon, nice to see you and hope you are feeling better. Tony has been in hospital but is doing a lot better now. Attempts to slow him down have been unsuccessful and he does pop up now and again.

Good to see you back Junespoon and hopefully recovering like myself. Had a few hospital breaks over the last few months which has slowed me a little.

With winter upon us its time to batten down the hatches and keep dodging those bugs, living with a lung condition ain't much fun is it but its always worse for us through the winter .

I guess there might be a few winter indoor videos in the pipeline so be warned Ha Ha . X
