Is fev1/ratio 80 normal? 31 year old

Wish mine was the same. As long as you don't smoke you should have no worries with COPD

Thank you, I smoked for 15 years give up 2 month ago and been having sob and feel something is not right, inhaler helps. Doc said all fine and no asthma or COPD but I'm freaking out as when Iv looked on like fev1/ratio should be 0.85

Give yourself another couple of months off the cigs to get over the side effects, Tinkz. Some go in 24 hours, but I found others took 6 months.

I believe one of the criteria to be diagnosed with COPD is an FEV1/FVC ratio of less than .70
