Waking at night

I've woken the last two nights because of discomfort in my chest & needed to take my ventolin. Hope this doesn't mean it's getting worse!

Good morning, Jennaanne. I have "slightly reactive moderate COPD" according to the respiratory nurse at my GP surgery. I haven't experienced what you've been going through overnight. However, it seems to have been quite humid in Cheshire recently and it's been quite a wet night, so I am having to work a little harder at breathing this morning. Hope this helps.

I have had similar problems in the past, I now sleep in a elevated position which seems to have resolved the problem.
