Dizzyness Lol

I posted earlier in the week about this dizzyness,been to the open clinic saw a very nice nurse checked me out,BP,Oxygen,she checked my ears build up of wax , asked a few questions,and it seems I have Vertigo,so warm olive oil and it should clear its self in a few days/weeks,so its a waiting game,just thought I would let you know.😀

Could be viral thing. If it"s difficult to tolerate, there are tablets which will help. There's always a pill. It can drag you down, though and I hope you feel better soon.

That is bad stuff. I have had this once first experienced it years ago when a work colleague had it - poor Di couldn't stand up from a chair. Hope you get better soon.

Let's hope the olive oil does the trick. Vertigo is not nice - try and walk near a wall or something if you have to go out on your own, and don't try jumping out of bed quickly.
