Just want to say thank you to everybody who gave me advice on my appeal.
I wasn't going to go for it,but I've decided not to let them win.
I have no idea how to go about it,but going to give it my best.
Shall send off my mandatory reconsideration letter,and await their reply.
Once again.thank you everybody.

I'm pretty sure I heard on the BBC news a while back that almost half are winning their appeals so defo go for it 😊 and good luck.

Keep going and don't give up. Ever. Excellent advice from hufferpuffer. My daughter missed out because she said she could make it up to the lavatory - but she didn't say how long it took or how difficult the journey. Grrrr. Keep going, please. So many people behind you.

Hi it would be a good idea to get either your local CAB or Disability Rights people to help you with your appeal. I used to work for CAB and specialised in appeals and tribunals you would certainly benefit from their help and support. Well done for appealing xx
I suggest getting in touch with you local CAB ,I found them invaluable and got enhanced care and mobility.Good luck.D.
