a big big thanks to one and all who replied ......... you all made me feel better ,just knowing you there is good......am feeling better today... feet have gone down...still sore through....meds for the next few days.....but did get to the flareup before it fully flaredup...if that makes sence........just put my first sick note in......got to fill in all the paper work.....not one of my good points.....

so once again thanks to one and all..........................freddy
