Spirometry results

Good morning have my latest results do not know what they mean can anybody help, FEV1 2.06 ( 62% pred) FV2 2.50 (59% pred ) ratio of 82% . thanks.

Hi an FEV1 of 62% means you have 62% lung function and come under stage 2 moderate. Don't forget though that's its not 62% of 100% but the average for your age, weight, height etc. So if the average for that is say 95% then your lung function is 62% of that figure. Moderate is 50-80%.

I am not sure what the other figures mean though but am sure others will be in soon to help. x
