Short of breath

I ve been suffering from breathlessness for 5-6 days now. No signs of cough, chest pain or fever. Doc could find nothing wrong. Haven't got an x ray yet though. I feel like taking deep breaths quite frequently becaue normal breathing dnt seem to suffice.

Plz help.

Hi Tsrsrd & welcome. If you've been to see your GP, has he organised tests for you?

You could have an X-ray yo check what's going on. Or a spirometry test to check your lung function. Has he suggested any tests?

I see you live in India so not sure what the procedure is there. I'm in the Uk.

The doc could find nothing with the pulse. She told to get an x ray done if things get worse. The issue with my chest hasnt worsen, but it remains. What coukd the problem be. Reading the other thread, i got a feeling that jt could be a pectoral strain. If so, how can i get it fixed?
