Very funny! No, I haven't because I'm on holiday this week - bloody typical! I've reacted to the antibiotics and am waiting for a call back from the doctor
Thanks Tad, sometimes I go a little crazy but find music to be my saviour. Its sure to help me through the winter months and lets face it we need all the help we can get.
I'm well-ish thanks, how are you?
Hope you felt good like I did listening to the Dr . xxx
We seem Ok at the moment as I touch wood!! Its the time of year I dread - if we can just get through winter without any dreaded lurgys!! So so pleased to see your posts and am so in awe of your constant achievements. Long may they continue! xxx
Hi Tad, just back from fit to breath exercise class and feeling knackered. Short rest then its back out to the GPs to get my INR bloods done for the warfarin I'm on.
I to hate this time of year and have always said its all about survival and not getting ill so your in best possible condition for next year.
Keep dodging those bugs and lets hope we can get through this winter unscathed.
Fantastic...I had forgotten these , mind you when I first loved them it was not for the same reasons as now...now I mostly download music that will be good to exercise to, or go on walks with on my iphone ... who knew when we were young why we would be downloading these songs later on
You can't beat the music you grew up with, sure beats the stuff Simon Cowell pushes don't it, proper bands with real talent.
I've seen Dr Feelgood many times in the past, they used to come to the Malvern winter gardens every Christmas which was just down the road from me, Great days. If I remember right they always used to drink cans of Heineken Lager when on stage, don't see that on the X factor do you.
Glad you enjoyed them Sohara and lots of love back to ya. xx
Hi Tony great to see you are you back on the tread mill I'm finding it hard to get motivated these days due to lack of sleep I think keep up the good work
Lol you do make me laugh I'm also due a spine block been waiting since May I go like this when my sleep is disturbed every night due to pain this cold weather is not helping.
Would love to see the video of you doing Mr Motivator
I've had a few spinal blocks for minor ops because my lungs are to risky for a general.
I guess yours is different and for long term pain? . Hopefully they will hurry up and get on with it so you can live a more pain free life and get some proper sleep again.
When in ICU I went for a long time without sleep because of all the noisy machines etc but I couldn't really complain as they were the machines that were keeping me alive Ha Ha.
After that experience and also months on the wards I can now sleep through a hurricane. .
Not to sure whether that Mr Motivator colourful wardrobe would look so good on me but he doesn't seem to be bothered does he. x UHH! COME ON! just practicing
Yes my spine blocks are for pain relief although like you I had one on my arm when I went in to have a nerve decompression only it didn't work I didn't find out till he started to cut my arm open he then injected the site but I could feel the spreader going in and his hand's just a weird sensation, but what really got me the operation did not work and I'm still left with pins and needles in my hands.
I will get back to the pool just need a kick up the rear end.
