I asked my GPAbout this ,he said if I was found to be deficient they would put me on 20,000 dui.I was taking 1000.so if I put it up to 2000 would that be ok,won,t make any difference he said so I now take 5000 du I a day ,still don,t know if it helps or not .D.

I have started taking vit D I did have a fasting blood test and I was low on vit D but then had a normal blood test and I was told this was ok. I feel tired all the time and no energy so thought I would give it a go no change yet but I only started taking it last week
