There is always something to learn, no matter how small.
Very interesting must drink more water less coffee and try and cut chocolate to a once a week treat not as I have been doing every night.I've always got plenty of sleep I am very lucky I know a lot of people struggle on this site bit more exercise and I will have cracked it .

I ticked 5 although I get bored exercising so walk the dog and do all my own housework and I suspect I don't drink enough water! Our trouble is that on top of everything that healthy people need to do we have these awful conditions which drain us of everything. I get very depressed because no matter how much of the 'right' food I eat I simply cannot put on weight. Good for you for putting up the link and reminding us of the things that are so important.

I do all of these, except for exercise. RA among other things prevents too much of that, but I do the other 4. So why am I ill, and I'm the opposite of you stillstanding. I have trouble losing weight.

An early night for me is 11pm. Can't do much exercise at the moment until foot is better.Have ordered a thing from Amazon to wear which I hope will help. Can't have chocolate in any shape or form, makes me sick. I used to eat a lot of it, loved dark chocolate.
Azure. I am a firm believer that ultimately your body gets to the point where it actually says. change or I am going.
Well I have been sticking to the diet, going to bed early since Monday. Just got to sort the foot out, then I can go back to two mile daily walks.
Can't risk further damage to my foot, as I am diabetic and I want to keep my foot. The open crack on my instep is healing now.
Well...I suppose am happy that someone can do all 5...
I have been thinking about trying to do one tomorrow.....
