If your allergic to sea food do you get any symptoms (rash, increase in not being able to breath, itching any where ) What made them look for an allergy you must of had something wrong. My grandson has allergies and cannot have any milk protein, this gives him an enlarged bowel which can be very painful, diarrhea is also a result of having too much of anything containing milk or parts of.
What you are discribbing is interesting to me. As i have a great grandson who is also allergic to milk protein.
Sending you hugs and hope you get to the bottom of it.
I have never noticed a problem with eating sea food. And I can still eat all sea food except for the 3 things I've mentioned .
I don't know why it lowers my immune system by 50%.
Doctors don't seem to explain to much. ...more visits more money.
I am going to make notes of what I want to know from now on.
It was me that wanted to be tested for allergies. ...as I got fed up with the doctors saying ....It probably an allergy. .....For my eyes. . For my nose.... For my ears. ...
Two times in in the past 2..3 years I did end up going to A and E. For a severe rash and was treated. ...With I don't know what.
I was told it was allergy. ..I know for sure I did not eat sea food both times.
I'm guessing that you would have been given anti histimine, (sorry spelling bad). Runny nose, Itchy eyes, and itchy ears also itchy sore throat are usually sign of hay fever, could be more but i'm not a doctor just talking from experience. I would just make a note of what you eat and when, then if anything happens you will be able to point the finger at what you had had.
Sending hugs breath easy, I have dogs and yes they can be the cause of rashes as my son -in-law would show you. He is allergic to the hair/fur that they shed.
Cont think they are sure, if its not showing any effect on you like a rash , difficulty breathing swollen glands. or anything else. Why would they be telling you this in the first place !!
Doctors are like any other profession..., you have good ones and bad ones; I'm like others here are asking, "What brought on this diagnosis, anyway"?
I've discovered that, depending on the doctor, whatever you suggest to them, they'll go with as the problem. If you said something in your visit that suggests you might be getting ill around the time you eat and that meal happens to be "potato chips", they'll probably tell you you're allergic to potato chips.
