Hi Mary, I`ve been on Aclidinium bromide (Eklira) for 12 months now after years on Spiriva and I much prefer it . I have to rinse well after use because it does leave a gritty feeling in the mouth but at least I know it`s worked. So often with Spiriva i was never sure if the capsule was empty. I also felt that Spiriva caused me to itch. Still on Seretide but there`s talk of me being changed to Fostair. It`s my Bricanyl that causes me most problem- horrific cramp in legs, feet and hands. It`s impossible to eat a meal sometimes- can`t hold a fork or spoon- but heyho I`m still here so shouldn`t grumble. But I do of course `cos I`m only human ! Keep well, Sheila x
