Pain going at last.

Well after nearly a week the pain is going, really must have been sever muscle strain, need to kool it slightly with the weights. Been in the garden since 8am doing a good old tidy up, just getting ready to heady down to the caravan for the weweekend, loving this weather keep it up Mr sunshine.

Hi there glad to hear you are feeling much better. It helps getting away too - just brings your spirits up. Whereabouts do you have a caravan, I mean is it near the sea? I would love to do that one day but haven't the means just now. I am interested in other people's (with COPD or Bronchiectasis, for example) experience of having a caravan near the sea as I have heard it can be a great help.

Hi and thanks for your well wishes. The caravan is tucked way in the country side with stunning walks and views, I did have it at another site straight across from the Aislacragie in Girvan right on the coat. I've had it two years now, use it for weekends ect, people next to me have sold their houses and moved into lodges/static caravans like mine, would love to do that one day.
