BiPap Humidity

At a recent checkup my physio mentioned patients experiencing problems sleeping with their humidifier even when the heat control is set low !

When using the humidifier set it to OFF No heat !

You should find that having the air from the machine just passing over the water will provide enough humidity to improve your nights rest and also stop the runny nose syndrome !

Please try this ! if in doubt check with your health care nurse, it will not cause any adverse effects !

I have used BiPap for over ten years ! and discovered this by trial and error

Best regards RA KELLY
