My 50th birthday celebration.

Spent that in hospital,all my clan were there with me,this is just before my colostomy operation.Happy Days.

Hi Strummer so sorry you had to spend your 50th in hospital. You won't need me to tell you that your health is the most important thing now.

Your daughter is obviously special and that says a lot about you too. You have quite a clan of lookers there! (Mum included of course!)

What a lovely family. I had mine done ( Ileostomy in my case ) when I was 26, which was 29 years ago and haven't looked back since. Not an easy op to live with, but for anyone with lung and bowel disease who may have to have the op, then go for it. Glad I did for sure.

Got my illeostomy done last May,4 days before my 51st birthday,another celebration in hospital,such are the joys of life.
