Thank goodness for our Doctor.

So one word from our lovely doctor to the hospital today and Mum has an appointment for Mon at 9.15. Why this couldn't have been done in the first place is beyond me.

Thank you Jane. I didn't do anything but im glad my Mum didn't leave it at that. Just hope she gets the medication she needs and the answers she needs. She seems ok. Will keep you posted.x

Oh that's great Kim. I think we have all learned here you have to be proactive to get proper treatment. x

Absolutely! We weren't going to leave it at that and I will still be making a complaint. 2 emails to PALS and still nothing! GRRRRRRR! x

It is very worrying. I told Mum to keep bugging them until they give in. I don't trust anyone there now. Her GP is fantastic and very reassuring. Lets hope these meds work quickly for her and her Christmas isnt effected too much by them.x
