I accidentally deleted Wendells last message to me and my reply to her. She had sent todays message on a new thread, and I am not sure what happed, but it has disappeared completely, although the old thread remains. Any suggestions would be much appreciated, but would need to be in non jargon simplified stages. LOL
Thanks a lot,
hugs from Huggs xxxx

Hi Huggs, I've had a search around, including the support section but I can't find any option to undelete a message. If you still have the email that alerted you to Wendells message try clicking on that to see if it still exists. If that doesn't work you could contact the support team to see if they can reinstate it for you the link to the contact page is below.
Thank you so much accygirl, that is a big help. I too had a look around the help section but could find nothing. I will try out what you suggest and thanks again.
Just wanted to let you know that when I logged on this morning my messages were back in place, so I guess they just wanted a wander around cyberland for a while. LOL I did get in touch with HU via the link you kindly provided me with, and sent them an email, to which they replied this morning, but my messages were back by that time. Their suggestion was first to check my trash/delete bin, and if they were there, I could drag them back, and to let them know what happened, which I have just done. Thanks again for your help, as I did not want to lose these particular messages.
Thanks for saying hello and good morning. Sorry, I have just received your hello, as I have been busy posting about Wendells, and realise it is now afternoon.!! LOL So a good afternoon to you, and hope you have a nice day. My missing messages just turned up out of the blue, so that is good.
Sorry for laughing, but I didn't really know myself until recently although I had guessed. I think it is just when someone puts up a post, and the replies to that post on the subject are called a thread, I think. Someone will probably come along to explain it better than I. The problem has all been sorted out now anyway.
