if anyone knows how to get my picture and username back on here i would love some help...it was ok till i tried to change the photo

Try deleting your account and starting again - make sure you do not have more than one account already by mistake

Can you access your account

Scroll down to change username enter your chosen name and click save changes on right hand side in same section.

Your avatar appears when I click on your members name.

If you can access your profile

Click edit profile and reload your avatar image , as to be thumbnail size or equivalent.

Save changes.

ive tried doing it through my profile it was all fine till i decided to change my photo

I managed to do a cover picture for my profile by clicking on edit profile

Hi Mandy, I was just going to say what the others suggest, but when you get on your profile, and go to edit image, it should then say upload image or something like that. Will reply to your pm later, as I have not long woken up. I was going to change my picture, but don't know if its a good idea or not.

Hi Mandy have you tried sending an email advising of the "fault" to healthunlocked? Surely they would be able to work out what is going on and fix it. Lots of lovexxx

no i have sent a message to admin on here but had no reply....there seems to be a lot of things going on with the site reading through some posts but its a good idea i will try that x
