be very careful medicating after a nights sleep and re-medicating again when you wake up after another sleep, I find this makes me hyper and stops me sleeping. Good luck. ermi

Not sure what problems you have with medicating, ermyntrude, but I know mistakes can happen. With this in mind, I now have everything done in trays for the month. I used to do my own wallets but that took ages.

you dont say what you take but a lot of stuff im on lasts for 12 hours so wouldnt be appropriate to take after a nap hun

As your profile makes no mention of what illness / health issues you have nor what medications you take it is difficult to comment beyond Pergola and Mandy ' s replies. Except to ask do you have a problem worrying about whether you have taken or not taken your meds or that you do mistakenly double dose and that causes the problem? Regards Rib

I was actually responding to some else's post who said they had difficulty sleeping and had naps but repeated their meds when they woke up again. I have c.o.p.d., diagnosed 2004, sometimes I have thought I had forgotten to take inhalers, took dose then after remembered I had taken it, that was when I realised the inhalers can make me hyper. One of the BS's is 24 hour so not good. Thanks for responding. Keep well, ermi
