yes I woke up sneezing and took pollena and that sorted it. I am in the south west.

Oh! Yes, we have both been struggling for the last couple of days, but today has been murder, No air, high grass pollen count, and it's heavy as well, feels like thunder.

But it ain't gonna stop us buggering off to Essex for a long, long weekend and then some. :D

Ye know what u mean it's been like that here too like thick haze over everything,however the wind is really getting up now so may clear by morning, enjoy ur break and thanks

Well, i'm sneezing lots, especially when I first get up.

Yesterday was something else...decided to leave the buggy here and use my walker to take a little stroll to the shops and library. Hadn't realised how damp it was out - the air had that 'cloying autumn' feel to it which went straight to my chest. With the asthma and copd I became very breathless and could only just make it home. Silly 'ol me, I'd just wanted to have some gentle exercise! xxx

Ye know what u mean ,felt like that all week plus ad eye surgery yesterday so not feeling grt
