Locked out.

Trying to get to grips with the latest attempts to modernise the site...I'm logged in but every post seems to be locked. Where do you get the key from to unlock these posts?

No idea but I get fed up with having to log in all the time. I have the keep me logged in box ticked, but it does not seem to work. Technology eh! xx

Hi

May I suggest, go your browser settings

Clear cache,

Clear browsers history,

Remove all reference to healthunlocked, from favourites and any pinned sites.

And then start from scratch.

Because the old and new site use the same address, they may be some glitches, a complete reload may resolve the issue.

Do you mean that no one else is seeing these padlocks?

Locked post can only be seen by members of which your are.

They can be seen by everyone member or non member.

Sometimes when there is a change to a forum, with the same address,

Information stored on your device, in the way of cookies can be confused,

Hence the need for a clear out, and start again.

Third attempt at a reply. Thanks for your help. I've done that and shut down PC and rebooted it to no avail. I have finished with the site now. Last time, they managed to shut the whole site down for several weeks and when it came back, it had more glitches than the british government. Thanks for your

Cannot see a padlock and sorry having a fresh start suggested by stone did not work out for you try contacting the Admin for support

I had to update my browser before I could get back in...maybe that could be part of your problem also

Are you still here, or already on the other side?

I can access the forum via my browser so Im not having your problem. But mostly i access the site via the daily email digest by clicking on any post listed. I just delete this from my inbox once a day when the next one arrives so i can access the forum easily. Maybe this doesn't work for you either, or you don't get the digest but i had thought, perhaps wrongly, that all members get this. You could try messaging the moderators - but maybe you've already done this many times
