Hi Michelle 12120 . I'm not sure how long it takes for the forms to arrive but if it's anything like the length of time waiting for the decision well god only knows when your forms will come . Some people still waiting to hear on decision since the day pip came in x

Can't remember how long it took the forms to arrive but it took 9 months to get an appointment for a medical! Don't know when I'll know the result.

Hi Michelle

To coin a phrase 'Don't Hold Your Breath' !!!! They aren't the fastest of organisations thats why I've been waiting for months !! And that's why i have a petition going at the moment as so many are waiting far too long (though there are some who have no problems !!)

I would be very pleased if you would sign my petition at the link below and forward to your friends,(if you have already signed it... a big thank you) - Plumbob

Hi Michelle,I too am at the beginning go this process. If you don,t get the forms within 3 weeks phone them again. They have a very tight schedule for us.I got my forms on Friday2/5/14 and have to send them back by 25/5/14.They however may take 6 months to reply, their words,we have no redress within this period.I envisage being turned down and having to get my mp involved so I make copies of EVERYTHING I send them.I,m seeing my Citizens Advice Rep tomorrow to help with filling in the form.Tory efficiency only works for bankers(rhyming slang) apparently.I happily signed Plumbobs petition and hope you do too.The very best of luck,I think it,s down to if the person who first looks at your application had a good breakfast or not, they really don,t give a toss.I.D.S. Is an evil man with no compassion.Breathe well!D.

My forms took 4 days to come after the initial phone call for PIP but that was last november, had my decision 25/04/14.

I applied for DLA took them 12 months then I was turned down so I asked for the forms for pip they came in about two and half weeks I got someone from forms 4 u to help me I'm level 4 COPD have budging discs in my lower spine.

I'm not sure Atos are dealing with these claims any more even though the contract given to them by the labour party was it 2017 they have made such a mess of the whole thing. I got my MP involved but he is labour and as it was his party that set up this '' get everyone off the sick '' I'm afraid he has not helped but I wish you the best of luck sign Plumbobs petition I have it is the only thing we can do

Hi, it took almost 4 weeks for me to get the form, I returned it on 5 /12/13, and have just had a visit today to assess me, I had to contact my M.P to get on the case for me, or I probably would still be waiting!

Hope you get sorted quicker.

I think it is supposed to be Capita who send the forms out now and it should (in theory) take 4 to 6 weeks but you will likely need to phone them after that period to be told lies and then they will send your foorms out (in my experience).
