Hi Paddy. Not sure what you are trying to say. Are you saying you have had to go back to work even when sick? Or they have dismissed you due to your illness? x

Paddy, you probably need to speak to your union rep for advice. There are laws governing what your employers can and can't do.

Thank Toci we have not got any union in my just do not know what to do feel very upset about it I was good at my job done every thing they ask me to do. Trying to get on with it but hard to think that because you sick not need thank you again

Thank you Stilltruckin they did not do any of this for me they got the letter of my doctor they said have to let me go but they do not think I up to the job and because the doctor can not say that never be sick again they can not put up with that. can not have people like working for them

Hi Coughalot1 so sorry went to go back to work but got dismissed from my job they say had to much time of I was off for 6 months very sick they can not put up with that. They have to think of the other work not just me they need people they can work all the time not need time of or getting out off work to go to doctor_hospital. Need people that do they hour that give you need me to work form 9_6 my doctor this was to long for me so lot rese to let me go thank for you time
