I have only just started posting , but have been reading on the site for a few months .He was always regular on here and had an upbeat and non judging attitude. Know he had been ill , but thought he was getting better.

Received a message from TOD , puffs wife that he is still in hospital and very poorly. I have never had contact with her before but she must have seen the post on here and said thanks for asking.

I huffed and I puffed and I am back home again since yesterday. I'm on 2L/min Oxygen at rest, so some way to go yet to get to 1/2 Litre. Thank you for your thoughtful words, I feel humbled by them. I wont post too much yet as I'm trying to get used to upping the O2 flow while active. Also I lost over a stone in 4 weeks so I'll have to get my muscles back into working condition

Glad to hear you are home, sounds like you have had a really rough time. Look after yourself, don't do more than you feel comfortable with. I am sure you will be back posting as soon as you feel able.
